JUDGE SETS TRIAL DATES FOR TNA


The two defendants in the two cases of alleged "criminal trespass" have received notice that their trials are forthcoming. Page will be representing himself and Butler will be utilizing the Public Defender. THE FOLLOWING COURT DATES ARE SET FOR THREE DIFFERENT MONDAYS:

15 September at 9:00am: Trial for Mike Butler @ Magistrate Court in Los Alamos POST ADVISORY UPDATE: BUTLER'S TRIAL CANCELED

18 August at 9:00am: Trial for Marcus Page @ Magistrate Court in Los Alamos POST ADVISORY UPDATE: Page's trial around 10am, following Jury Selection @ 9am)


14 July at 10:00am: First HEARING on MOTIONS for Page's case in Magistrate Court of Los Alamos.
